Cancellation of Appointments
If you cancel / or do not appear with a specialist appointment or a diagnostic test appointment without reasonable time and wish Dr. Pun to rebook for you, there is a $20 charge if you wish Dr. Pun to rebook for you. Some specialists will refuse to see you in the future.
Dr. Pun does not charge for immediate cancellation of appointments but if patient is continuously cancelling, they will be automatically blacklisted and blocked from e-mail and / or phone.
