If we are not in the office and it is urgent , please phone telehealth 1-866-797-0000 . You can go to the RVFHO after hours clinic. Most of Dr. Pun's and Dr. Lo's patients are registered on our RVFHO roster.

We are using a Electronic Medical Record system EMR called OSCAR developed by McMaster University for more than one year now. We have the GammaDynacare and CML lab bloodwork online. This means lab results will be seen in one day by Dr. Pun. The OSCAR EMR prints out prescriptions. This EMR is partially funded by the Ontario eHealth initiative which plans to computerize all doctors by 2015. We are happy to say that we have always been using the latest computer technology. Dr. Pun uses two on-site Apple Mac Mini server computers (one main, one for mirror backup) running Ubuntu Linux. Your patient data IS NEVER managed by any third party (i.e. in a hosting service) other than Dr. Pun and his on-site staff will ever see your chart.

Dr. Lo (Dr Pun's wife) is recovering well. She is working now. She is only seeing select patients and will not take new appointments.

She has a new iPad 2 so you can Facetime (webcam) with her if she feels like it.

Dr. Pun has referred pap smears to Dr. Kathy Chu. There is also a new female dermatologist Dr. Maxine Wong in our building.The waiting time for patients is a few weeks for regular visits and up to two months for physicals. We do reserve off time for URGENT SAME DAY WALK-IN appointments for cough, fever, diarrhea, rash or injury.

Dr. Pun is ALWAYS in on Mondays, Tuesday mornings and all day Wednesday . The rest is flexible: Thursdays alternates with Fridays, Dr. Pun helps Dr. Ray Stein at Bochner Eye which does Lasik and cataract surgery in Toronto. Dr. Pun and Dr. Lo share the same patient charts.
